I ate too much today, and I blame my emotions. I was scared. I was scared about my english essay, I was scared about my chem, I was scared about my math quiz...but I can't keep making excuses. I need to take control of my emotions instead of letting them control me!
What I ate:
Special K w/ strawberries cereal and some milk
Wheat Bagel w/ Whipped Cream Cheese
Oatmeal Chewy Bar
Goldfish
Salad (with dressing)
some rice
veggie burger
I could probably have gone through the day with half of that. Gosh, sometimes I just hate myself so flippin much!
Tonight I am doing the saltwater cleanse. I will let you guys know all about that in a post.
