what I ate Today

I thought this would be a good thing to write down here.  So you guys know whether I am on track or not, get ideas on meals, things like that.

Plus, thinking about how much I eat will further me into not eating as much.

Today I had:

  • 2 slices of pizza (damn you mother, I was going to skip lunch and they were just too tempting!)
  • a juice box
  • 1 bowl cabbage soup
  • 1/2 cup of chinese food vegetables
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 chewy granola bar
Overall, this is probably about 1,500 calories of food...which is way too much for me to eat in order to lose the amount of weight that I want to in the amount of time that I want to.
