Plus, thinking about how much I eat will further me into not eating as much.
Today I had:
- 2 slices of pizza (damn you mother, I was going to skip lunch and they were just too tempting!)
- a juice box
- 1 bowl cabbage soup
- 1/2 cup of chinese food vegetables
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 chewy granola bar
Overall, this is probably about 1,500 calories of food...which is way too much for me to eat in order to lose the amount of weight that I want to in the amount of time that I want to.
