I decided that instead of being depressed every time I look in the mirror, because my body is not exactly how I want it to be, I will focus on one individual part of my body until I am satisfied with how it looks.
I will start with my arms. They are flabby, but they are not THAT bad.
Every Day, I will do 30 mins (minimum) of cardio, and I will also do as many arm exercises as I can handle. And hopefully my arms will be extremely sore everyday until I am happy with my nice slender arms :)
