I need to lose weight. I need to lose weight badly. I am so tired of being fat.
I have 58 lbs to lose... to go from a fat 173 to a nice, thin 115.
Keep in mind, I am 5'2" on a good day... my weight is completely unacceptable.
Me, starting weight:
My Plan: Starting tomorrow morning, I am going to have only water and soup for a week, but not too much soup... just a bowl of soup if I can't stand the hunger... but I am going to try not to eat anything. One week of hunger, hopefully I will lose a bunch of weight.
