Alright, so the first day of my fast was not too good... but I think there's a reason for that.
Recently, I got so dehydrated that I actually had to be pulled from school- I don't think my body is regulated yet...sooo I don't think that a fast would be beneficial to me at this moment anyway.
So, I have a new food trick for myself- I have a to-do list for every day. If there is anything on my to-do list that is not crossed off, I am not allowed to eat until everything has been done. So, that is being implemented right this moment. So, since I have not done everything on it, I will not be able to eat until it is done (and I can only eat until the stroke of 12- if I finish all my to-do's at 11:58pm, I have 2 minutes to eat...and then its technically the next day and I need to finish everything else)
I have so much to do right now... so hopefully this will not only help me lose weight, but will also help me stop procrastinating.
Thats all for today... I have soooo much work to do.
