Salt Water Flush

alright.... soooooo.... I tried to do the saltwater flush....

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE CAN FLIPPIN DO THIS!

1- It tastes awful (I couldnt get more than a glass down)
2- Makes you poop (thats just nasty)
3- I cannot handle this

yeah... I wanted to do it sooo bad... and now that Im trying it... never want to do it again.  Gross.

Thinspiration (So I can limit my food, excersize, and NOT drink tons of salt water)
