Remember that short term goal of toning up my arms?
Thats proving pretty difficult.
I have been weight lifting and you know what? I dont know what else to do!
Cardio, okay, weight lifting, okay....now what?
I think I need to maybe have short term goals that are accomplishable... like, mastering a dance move.
My first one is a toe raise (I want to incorporate this into my solo for my dance recital)
