The scale says 172.2..... I weighed 170.8 this morning. I think most of this is from liquids... soup, and water ya know? but, there is absolutely no way that I will weigh that tomorrow morning.
According to the diet, the more soup you eat, the more you lose. So Im going to go eat more soup and hope that the number will be below 170 tomorrow morning. I would love to see a number in the 60's
